Open to persons whether legal or natural, corporate or un-incorporated elected/appointed so by the General Meeting of the Organisation who render special services to the Organisation. Honorary members shall not be bound to pay any membership or subscription fee, nor shall they be liable to make any contribution upon the winding up of the Organisation. They may attend meetings of the Organisation as observers, and shall have no voting rights.
